Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of acdcjobs.com and ACDC jobs (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The service
ACDC jobs helps you discover open roles collected from public company career pages, track applications, optionally match a CV to listings, and participate in community discussion. We are not an employer, recruiter, or employment agency. We do not guarantee that any listing is current, accurate, or that applying will lead to a job.
Accounts
Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm the Site or other users.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to break the Site.
- Do not post spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or misleading.
- Do not upload CVs or data you are not allowed to share.
- Do not use the Site to collect other users’ personal information.
- Job reports and contact messages must be made in good faith.
Listings and third-party sites
Job links send you to employer or ATS sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, hiring decisions, or how they handle your application.
Your content
You keep ownership of posts, comments, and profile material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the Site as needed to operate the service (for example showing a public profile or a discussion thread). You can delete much of this from your account; copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
Advertising
The Site may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Ads are provided by those networks under their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for cookies and advertising disclosures.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete job coverage, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost applications, lost data, or damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on listings.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may change these terms or the Site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top will be revised when we publish a change.
